Resilient ReUp Program:
The Resilient ReUp program provides virtual training to help small businesses stabilize and overcome disruptions due to COVID-19.
Companies which participate in this training will gain the knowledge, skills and behavior needed to lead in and through crisis. The trainings are a hybrid of virtual modules and post-training sessions conducted by subject matter experts. Asfalis Advisors will provide these trainings through their Road to Resilience™ program. This program delivers robust, effective content that business owners can fit in while still managing the day-to-day of running their business.
The program will provide businesses with a holistic approach to prepare for and recover from business disruptions. The trainings will also utilize proven crisis management strategies, principles of design thinking, leadership and crisis communications resources to help you solve for immediate and long-term disruptions.
